Cleaning time depends on the size, fabric, condition and number of items being cleaned. A single piece may take less time, while a larger sectional or several pieces will take longer.

Drying time depends on the fabric, room temperature, ventilation and how heavily the item was cleaned. Most upholstery needs several hours to dry completely.

Many stains can be significantly improved or removed, but some stains may be permanent due to dye changes, fibre damage, age or previous treatments. We give problem areas extra attention, but complete stain removal cannot always be guaranteed.

Pet-related stains and odours can often be improved with targeted treatment. Results depend on how deeply the contamination has reached the fabric and padding, so complete odour removal may not always be possible.

We select cleaning products according to the fabric and cleaning requirements and use them according to the manufacturer's instructions. We can also discuss any specific concerns before your appointment.

We clean sofas, sectionals, mattresses, dining chairs, accent chairs, armchairs and other upholstered furniture. If you're unsure about an item, send us a photo and we'll let you know whether we can clean it.

Please remove blankets, cushions that are not part of the furniture, personal belongings and other loose items. If possible, leave enough clear space around the furniture for us to work safely and efficiently.

There is no single schedule for every home. Cleaning frequency depends on use, children, pets, spills and the type of fabric. Heavily used furniture may benefit from professional cleaning more frequently than lightly used pieces.
